If you were denied entry despite having a valid ticket, you can submit a refund request using this form.
Please provide all required information and upload a screenshot of your ticket. Incomplete requests cannot be processed.
We review each case individually and aim to respond within 14 business days.
⚠️ Important:
- A refund is not guaranteed, even if you held a valid ticket. Entry refusal may occur due to house rules or safety concerns.
- Submit your request within 14 days after the event date.
Requests submitted later cannot be considered.
- Refunds are only issued in cases where entry was denied without valid reason, and documentation is complete.
By submitting this form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Weekend GmbH reserves the right to refuse refunds at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of incomplete or unverifiable submissions.
This form does not replace your legal right to contact the ticket provider directly (e.g. Eventim, Eventbrite).
