The "Team Mental Health" of the Berlin CSD e.V. invites you to a panel talk followed by reception and music on the roof terrace of the Weekend Club. Both content is free. Registration for the panel desired:

Mental health and psychological problems affect more and more people. People from the LGBTIQA+ community in particular are increasingly affected by depression, anxiety disorders and stigmata. As part of this year's Pride Month, the Berlin CSD e.V. is organizing a themed evening on July 13, 2022 in the Weekend Club, all about the mental health of LGBTIQA+, including a subsequent hangover-free party on the roof terrace. The evening will be hosted by Anna Holfeld (couple therapist) and Tobias Herrmann-Schwarz (psychology student), who already actively share tips and information on Instagram as #TeamMentaleGesundheit.

2x 50 minutes are planned, each with 3-4 speakers from the community, book presentations, interactive exercises (e.g. for stress management) and enough space for questions and discussions. Among others, Saskia Michalski, Kostas Kind, Miss Sam, Nadine Primo and Henri Jakobs will be there. Immediately afterwards we invite you to toast and celebrate with us. 👯‍♀️🍹
